IVF Orientation

We have scheduled our IVF orientation for 9/23.  I feel numb just writing that, shouldn't I be nervous, upset, scared, sad, something other than numb?  I think I'll have a folder full of reading ready for next weekend, this weekend we are going to hit the Journey concert and finish the office/nursery-in hopes of staying positive.
