World AIDS Day

Today is a very important day in the fight to end the AIDS crisis not only in the US but in Africa, where 22 million people live with AIDS. It costs around 40cents a day for the 2 pills that are needed to help keep someone living with HIV alive. Yet, more than 70% of the people in sub-Saharan Africa live on less than $2 a day. Today I wear RED to remind myself and other that the crisis is far from over and we have a long fight ahead.

Gotta love Bono!
So much sadness in Africa and the corrupt govts. not getting their people the supplies they need. We have to do something.
